I have a box
And when it’s full,
I’m content

I can’t be happy in every moment,
But I can be content in most

It’s mostly in my control

I can make it small
So it’s easily full

I can practice
Needing less
To feel content

And I can know myself
So when the box
Is short of full

I know just the things
To top it off

A moment alone
A walk
A coffee
A book
A bath
